1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexusLore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NexusLore is an AI-powered knowledge base platform that allows users to index and search their own documents and data from third-party integrations. The Service is provided by a solo developer ("Provider") on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. User Content and Data

• Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership of the documents, files, and data you upload or sync to NexusLore ("User Content").
• License to Us: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and index your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data or use it to train public AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
• Use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Clerk. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

We verify the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall NexusLore, its developer, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
